Students clean up area and help replace trees vandalised
“The Empowering Communities Programme in Rowlagh is committed to working with residents and existing community structures to tackle local challenges on the ground” according to Anthony Duffy, Local Development Programme Manager of Empowering Communities.
Residents were outraged during the summer when a spate of deliberate tree vandalism took place in the green areas of Rowlagh.
