Tallaght Court June 2016

The woman, who has an address in Tallaght, is accused of failing to comply with a school attendance notice dated November 23, 2015, to ensure her son’s attendance at a secondary school in Tallaght.

She is also accused of failing to comply with two school attendance notices dated February 27, 2015.

The woman’s solicitor, Kevin Tunney, told Judge Coughlan that his client was not in court.

He said the prosecution were in difficulty too.

The solicitor for Tusla asked the judge to set a new hearing.

Judge Coughlan adjourned the case to a date in December for hearing.
