Three male juveniles charged in relation to Cherry Orchard investigation
THREE male juveniles have been charged in connection with an investigation into the endangerment of gardai and related incidents in Cherry Orchard.
The incident happened on September 19 when a Garda car was rammed.
On Monday morning, October 3, gardai arrested four male juveniles, with three of the four charged and due to appear before the Dublin Children’s Court on Tuesday morning, October 4.
The fourth male juvenile has been referred to the Juvenile Youth Diversion Programme, in accordance with the Children’s Act 2001.
In a statement released, gardai said that investigations are ongoing.
