The property will be put up for auction with vacant possession, and it benefits from transport links in the immediate vicinity, including Heuston Train Station, Dublin Bus routes 25, 26, 66, 66a and 76, and the M50 motorway.

According to the property listing, local amenities include the Phoenix Park, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and Castleknock Golf Club, together with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants in Chapelizod and nearby Kilmainham.

The property will go under the hammer at Bid X1’s online auction on March 19, with a guide price of €350k, and a required bidding deposit of €7,000 which is fully refundable for unsuccessful bidders.
