Two student apartments near college sell for €235k

TWO student apartments adjacent to the TU Dublin-Tallaght Campus, recently sold for €235k at auction.
The two two-bedroom apartments at Tramway Court on the Old Blessington Road were sold collectively as one lot at a recent online auction by Bid X1.

The apartments are located within a building arranged over ground and two upper floors, with the units extending to 60 sq.m each, and both apartments, numbers 28 and 29, were vacant when sold.
The apartments were described as a “multi-unit investment”, and the properties benefit from being approximately 300 metres from the entrance of the Tallaght Campus of Technological University Dublin, and 800 metres from The Square Shopping Centre.
Local amenities include Tallaght Stadium, The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght University Hospital and a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants, according to the summary of the properties.
The two apartments recently sold for €235k, after attracting one bid during the online auction.
