Case adjourned as woman in Italy

A WOMAN accused of driving without insurance had her case adjourned by Tallaght Court as she’s away in Italy.

Ariana Vidotto, aged 43, with an address at Dal Riada Square, Ballycullen, is charged with having no driving licence at Idrone Avenue, Knocklyon, on June 8, 2017.

The case was before Judge Conal Gibbons for mention.

There was no appearance from Vidotto in court.

Vidotto’s solicitor, Padraig O’Donovan. told Judge Gibbons that his client was away at the moment.

Judge Gibbons said: “Can she not come to court. She has an address in Ballycullen”.

Mr O’Donovan said his client was in Italy but would be returning to Dublin in a week.

Judge Gibbons adjourned the case to a date at the end of January for hearing.
