
Illegal dumping clean-up costs over €127k per month
AN AVERAGE of €127,548 was spent every month by South Dublin County Council (SDCC) to remove illegally dumped material in 2023.
At the monthly council meeting on Monday, October 14, SDCC revealed that about €1.5m was spent to remove material illegally dumped on public premises last year.
