Plans for 40 more units at former Faulkners site refused permission
PLANS to add 40 units to a previously permitted development of 80 apartments in Chapelizod have been rejected by Dublin City Council.
Applicants Irish Social Housing Property II S.a r.l have planning permission for 84 apartments at lands at the former Faulkners Industries Factory, Chapelizod Hill Road.
