PLANS for the demolition of a detached house at Lucan Newlands Road on Esker Hill to make way for the construction of seven houses have been approved by South Dublin County Council.
Nacul Developments Ltd has secured planning permission for the demolition of an existing two-storey detached dwelling (162 sq m) and associated out-buildings.
