‘Frustration’ as people are on housing lists year after year
THE delay in placing tenants into the Springvale housing scheme in Chapelizod does not reflect well on the city council’s housing delivery, according to local representatives.
Planning was approved for 71 apartments at the Dublin City Council-owned site in October 2019, which is located opposite the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church on Chapelizod Road.
