DEVELOPERS Bartra have submitted plans for a Large-Scale Development (LRD) containing 123 apartments and 32 car parking spaces in Cookstown Industrial Estate.
In July, Bartra, appealed against South Dublin County Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for a 131-bed transitional care facility, at the same site – Unit 21, First Avenue in Cookstown.
